Put yourself in the shoes of the people who will be assessing you for the jobs you want \u2013 employers, recruiters and other hiring professionals.<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x2714;&#xfe0f; Make it easy for them to find the information about you that tells them you&#8217;re a good fit for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x2714;&#xfe0f; Make it clear to them in your resume, LinkedIn profile and other personal marketing materials that you have what they need, so you&#8217;re a good hiring choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These things will drive the way you promote yourself in your resume and other marketing materials, and how you navigate your job search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But how do you go about doing that?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7 Aspects of Commonsense Job Search<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Keeping in mind the guiding principle noted above, incorporate these strategies into your job search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Targeting<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Start your job search with <a href=\"https:\/\/executivecareerbrand.com\/7-tips-to-build-your-executive-job-search-target-companies-list\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">targeting<\/a>. This quality helps effectively solve problems in a compassionate manner. But people with superior social skills or <a href=\"https:\/\/executivecareerbrand.com\/high-emotional-intelligence-can-help-you-land-an-executive-job\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">emotional intelligence<\/a> are becoming more sought after. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EI\/EQ is directly related to personal branding. Job seekers have always been wise to highlight the personal traits that indicate how they work with people and how they operate.
