I\u2019ve got to get my resume together.\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You <a href=\"https:\/\/executivecareerbrand.com\/toxic-executive-job-search-beliefs-no-target-employers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">can&#8217;t&nbsp;write your resume or LinkedIn profile until<\/a> you know who you&#8217;re targeting so your content will resonate with them, and position you as a good hiring choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. &nbsp;\u201cI don&#8217;t need personal branding. I\u2019m not a brand.
