I mean people like executive recruiters and other hiring professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LinkedIn is an extremely important social networking site for career, executive job search, and business-building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those who take the time to learn how to use LinkedIn wisely find that it works for them. And they have the competitive advantage over those who have an anemic profile and don\u2019t do much of anything on LinkedIn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Get the details in my post, <a href=\"https:\/\/executivecareerbrand.com\/5-linkedin-profile-personal-brand-building-essentials\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">5 LinkedIn Profile Personal Brand Building Essentials<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Video helps you communicate your personal brand.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You may be turned off to video because you don\u2019t want to be on camera . . . or you don\u2019t think you have the skill to produce a video . . . or they cost too much and take too much time to create.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The small percentage of job seekers who use video at all, use video resumes. In these videos, the candidate appears and speaks on camera. Some people do okay with them, but they\u2019re not ideal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Videos that do NOT feature you on camera typically work better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kinetic animation videos will powerfully showcase your personal brand and the unique value you offer your target employers.
