But that\u2019s exactly what you need to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case you weren&#8217;t aware, a fully fleshed out profile, with plenty of content, will maximize your visibility. You&#8217;ll be more findable to executive recruiters, hiring professionals at your target companies, and anyone else who is looking for candidates like you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The more content in your profile = more relevant keywords and phrases = better SEO (Search Engine Optimization) or findability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make a habit of revisiting your <a href=\"https:\/\/executivecareerbrand.com\/how-to-make-your-branded-linkedin-profile-professional-headline-seo-friendly\/\">LinkedIn profile<\/a> a few times a year, and dusting off and refreshing things with these 3 tasks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Re-order Your LinkedIn Profile Skills and Endorsements Section<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A client of mine recently complained that his LinkedIn \u201cSkills\u201d were loaded with endorsements for skills that didn\u2019t really apply to him. And those listed in his top 3 were not ones that best reflected his top skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His list sent the wrong personal brand message. And he wondered if his Skills list would be detrimental to his <a href=\"https:\/\/executivecareerbrand.com\/linkedin-keywords-get-found-online\/\">personal SEO (Search Engine Optimization)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Did you know that LinkedIn lets you prioritize those skills?
